Meet the Founder
AIM Consulting was founded by Ben Tassin to help small businesses use AI and automation in simple, practical ways.
Ben Tassin, P.E. is a Civil Engineer with a background in project management, workflow improvement, team leadership, and technical systems. He understands how quickly work can become overwhelming when spreadsheets, emails, tasks, and follow-ups are not connected.
Ben Tassin, P.E. is a licensed Professional Engineer with a career built in public infrastructure and the private sector. He served as Tangipahoa Parish Engineer and District Design Engineer for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), overseeing design sections and managing hundreds of roadway projects from planning through construction. He founded AIM to bring the same systems thinking, operational discipline, and project management rigor he applied in public infrastructure and private sector to small businesses and consulting firms that are drowning in manual work. Ben doesn't theorize about AI — he builds and uses these systems himself, every day. That real-world credibility is AIM's biggest differentiator.
